Radim's Contest

Contest Rules

❖ The main idea behind this contest is to support english and czech H3 streamers and content creators.

❖ There is 1 mandatory condition for all the participants! All tournament games has to be either 1) Live streamed with live english / czech commentary while the stream has to be archived for at least 7 days or 2) video-recorded (offline) with english (or czech) commentary added later, spliced together and released as a narrated gameplay video within 7 days of the played match. Post your videos on #radims-contest channel in our discord.

❖ Prize pool is 300 EUR. 1st place - 100 EUR, 2nd place - 60 EUR, 3rd place - 40 EUR, 4th place - 30 EUR, 5th and 6th place - 20 EUR, 7th and 8th place - 15 EUR.

FORMAT

❖ Duel 2.69o (XL+U). Standard 1 hero rules (open template rules section). Competitive timer 2 / 1 / 0:15.

❖ Double Elimination BO3 all games. Grand Finale is BO5 while the player advancing from Winners Bracket will decide before each map whether the map is played with or without hero bans.

❖ In the Lower Bracket, after standard trade each player can ban up to 3 of his opponent’s heroes. Blue player starts banning, red player picks hero first.

❖ In BO3 series, towns that were already played must be banned.

❖ Streaming is required (Twitch, YouTube).

❖ During Final Battles stream chat should be turned to Emotes-only mode to avoid unfair advices.

❖ Cheating software, spoilers, streamsniping, running the game (when other player controls the participant's game by making decisions for him/her) is prohibited.

❖ Value calculators, damage calculators, Wiki pages, screenshots, video guides and custom game notes are all allowed.

❖ Rules of this tournament might change depending on the situation.

SCHEDULE

❖ If players had agreed on a certain time to play their match, running late in this case might lead to a technical defeat. 30 minutes late and player forfeits 1 game, 45 minutes - technical defeat. It is allowed to cancel the match in advance if player has a good reason for it (at least 4 hours before the start). Contact tournament organizer if you wish to explain your situation.

❖ If your opponent is not responding to you regarding match schedule - you will need to notify the organizer and show screenshots.

❖ After players set the time and date for their match, they need to report it in the #schedule channel. Use this format: Day.Month Player vs Player 11:11 CET.

CASTING

❖ Anyone can cast games of this contest.
